great trip on Seabourn! All Cabins were
occupied with 430 passengers on board.

8:11 PM Boarded a 787 on time but had a 45 minute
delay for maintenance before takeoff.

25APR26 to SUN 26APR26 Miami Airport Marriott Nice hotel with a good room and
good free airport transfer. The room included a safe, a refrigerator, free
Wi-Fi, In-room coffee and a large flat screen TV.
SUN 26APR26 Miami, Florida – My first trip
as a Diamond Elite Member featured a free private transfer from the hotel to
the ship. I went to the entertainment
team introductions. I went to the solo
travelers get together. I had dinner at
a hosted table with Kate Hart, Entertainment Manager. I went to the show Skyline performed by the
Seabourn Six.

with James Lyne, Cruise Director. I went
to the show performed by the Voronkova
Sisters.

TUE 05MAY26 Ponta Delgada,
Sao Miguel, Azores. I booked a 3.5 hour excursion: Fire Lake & Ribeira Grande – We
drove through Ponta Delgada. Then we visited a Pineapple
Plantation where we learned about the process of cultivating and marketing this
delicious tropical fruit. Then, we
headed northeast along the pleasant roads bordering agricultural areas and
stretching across the island to Ribeira Grande. This is the oldest and largest
city on the north coast and has a distinct air of Portuguese influence. Next, we continued along mountain roads to
the summit of Pico da Barrosa Mountain, where we saw great views of Fire Lake,
said to be one of the most beautiful of the island's lakes. During the return to Ponta Delgada, see the
western part of the island with over 100 small volcanoes as you descend towards
Remedios. I watched Anthony Smith’s
conversation: Inspired by Nature – the art of Sculpting Wildlife. I watched the
conversation with Keith Muras: A KGB Postscript. I went to the Abba and Caviar
Sailaway. I had dinner at a hosted table
with Ian Underhill, one of the Seabourn six.

FRI 08MAY26 Tangier, Morocco - I played Team
Trivia. I booked a 3 hour excursion: Tasting Tea &
Baking Bread: We wondered through Tangier's
vibrant Grand Socco, alive with an enchanting blend of spices and
handicrafts. Since it was Friday many shops were closed. We went to the Blue Door Cafe, to view the
art of brewing the perfect Moroccan mint and crafting
traditional bread. We participated into the immersive
process of preparing our batch of dough from scratch. We enjoyed the local
tea. We ate our bread with local
pastries. I watched Professor Valentin
Troll’s conversation: The Youngest Ocean – The Atlantic. I skipped dinner because of all the food on
the tour.
SAT 09MAY Sea Day - I played Team
Trivia. I watched Professor Valentin Troll’s conversation: Volcanoes, Culture
and Society. I had dinner at Earth and
Ocean. I went to the Farewell Variety
Show.
SUN10MAY26 Lisbon, Portugal
Flawless private transfer from the ship to the airport. Lisbon airport remains a challenge with long
lines and terminal may change.
